Precision Envelope Consultants (PEC) is a professional consulting firm specializing in building-enclosure technology, with a primary focus on the watertightness, durability, and long-term performance of exterior building envelope systems.

We provide comprehensive services for new and existing facilities — roofing, waterproofing, exterior wall systems, fenestration, forensic investigations, water-infiltration testing, remedial repair design, and construction quality assurance.

Our clients include building owners, property managers, architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and other industry professionals seeking practical solutions to complex building-envelope challenges.

Leadership

Meet Kent Wilske

Kent Wilske brings more than 28 years of building envelope experience to every PEC engagement. He performs envelope consulting on new construction and remedial repair projects across the Southeast and eastern United States, working across the full range of enclosure systems — below-grade waterproofing, EIFS, stucco, masonry, and curtain wall and storefront systems — and performs water infiltration testing in accordance with ASTM and AAMA standards.

Kent's career began with large roofing manufacturers, where he provided technical support spanning design and inspection before moving into full-scope envelope consulting. That progression — from manufacturer technical expert to independent consultant — gave him a system-by-system understanding of how the entire envelope works together, from below-grade waterproofing up through facade fenestration and roofing.

Today that experience anchors PEC's approach: genuinely independent findings and direct, personal involvement on every project. The person who reviews your documents is the same person who runs the test, writes the report, and answers the phone.
